Today's the day! Transcending From Light is now available for everyone to read and enjoy. It's the last chapter in the first book I ever published. I really hope you all enjoy it. I am recovering from a surgery so I will be celebrating with you all from my bed, but know that I appreciate all of your support over the years since starting Descending Into Darkness. Happy reading! #bookreleaseday #newbookalert #fantasybooks #paranormalbooks #romancebooks

From Reedsy Discovery ... "Loved it! 😍An entertaining, delightful and colorful storybook fit to engage children who love unicorns." by Jocelyn Soriano READ FULL REVIEW The time has finally arrived to reveal the cover for Bounty: Book 2 in the Aftermath series. I am so excited about this book and Joy with BLDGtheBoutique (etsy.com) did not disappoint with the cover art. She's done the covers for The Kill, Truce and Beneath the Surface as well as Bounty and each time she nails it. Here it is folks.... This is the book I have been chomping at the bit to get working on since October. Human trafficking, new legends, new love story mixed with the old...all the good things! Be sure to Pre-Order at a lower price before it goes up after release day. Also, if you missed out on the Bonus Chapter from Truce, you can find it at the end of my next book coming on in February, Transcending From Light, Book 3 in the Descending series. I'm taking ARC requests for that book now. If you're interested in being one of the firsts to read the final book in the Descending series, send me a MESSAGE. I announced the development of this project a while back, but now I have a release date! I have a list of ARC readers already of kids and parents excited to read and give their feedback. I am so excited to share it with them and the rest of the world in Spring of 2021! We've all heard the tale before; girl meets unicorn, unicorn befriends girl and they ride on rainbows and into adventures together. Well, this time, it's the boy's turn. Just because it has pink and glitter, doesn't mean it can't be about or for boys! Gay, straight, unknown, who cares?! It's about time a boy got to have some fun with the one horned horse! #unicorns #pride #representation #boyslikeunicornstoo #unicornsdonteatcarrots Truce is here! Available on #Amazon for $3.99 or FREE with #KindleUnlimited
Book 1 in the Aftermath series, a continuation of The Hunt series that moves to a more mature audience, New Adult, rather than Young Adult. I really hope you enjoy it and I am already working on the next story: Bounty. Please consider leaving a review on Amazon and/or #Goodreads. Here is what people are already saying about it: Sam rated it 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Whew, aftermath, indeed! I had the pleasure of editing this new spinoff to The Hunt series, where readers will learn what followed when Maeleigh and Gearden joined Lugh beneath the surface in an attempt to prepare the Seelie for the world above. With the contract broken, nothing would prevent the faeries from returning to their rightful place amongst the druids, lycans, vampires... even the humans. Of course, the only humans aware of their existence were the very ones who fought to keep their kind imprisoned for over two thousand years. With prejudices to erode, pack politics to filter through, mysterious murders and the overwhelming task of trying to control her ever-growing power, Maeleigh has no small task ahead. Any fan of the previous trilogy will be welcomed by the action and mystery littered throughout the story, and will most definitely enjoy the steamy new twist that awaits them. (less) Cody Phoenix rated it 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Very impressive! I was pleasantly surprised with the lead female character and her strength even with a disadvantage. The storyline was strong and well written. Lacie Jones rated it 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I received an advanced copy from the author and I am leaving this review voluntarily. Goodness, this book was.. I cannot seem to find the perfect words. I love that the heroine is deaf, an alpha, druid, badass demi goddess who doesn't back down from a challenge! She has a circle of people that are drawn to her because of who she is. This fierce woman faces every obstacle thrown her way and gains loyalty and trust along the way. This author truly has a gift to draw a reader in with her imagery. It's finally time! Transcending From Light is available for pre-order now on Amazon Kindle.
Announcement!!! Pre-Order Truce: Book 1 in the Aftermath series and get a BONUS Chapter with Gearden and Maeleigh emailed to you on release day, Sept 30th! Send my proof of purchase via email and I will put you on the list. For those who have already pre-ordered, you already qualify, just send me your Proof of Purchase to AlainnaMacPherson@gmail.com SUBJECT: Pre-Order Check out the cover of Truce: Book 1 of the Aftermath series! Maeleigh and Gearden's next book in their story. Remember, this book is listed as ADULT, not YA. If you're not shy about some explicit steamy scenes and a few more curse words, this will still adhere to the previous theme in The Hunt books. Taking ARC requests now, limited spots though. Contact me HERE if you're interested in being one of the firsts to read and review. Not too much to report at the moment, except that Descending Into Darkness and Ascending Into Light now have new edits! Yay! I'm looking into getting new covers for the debut of the third and last book, but that wont be until later this year, but still exciting!
Also, it looks like Beneath the Surface is starting to pick up more readers, there are more and more pages read each day, so I'm super stoked about that! Thank you all to those who are reading. At the moment, most of my time is focused on getting stuff ready for my kids to start online schooling in a couple weeks. What are your plans for your kiddos this year? No judgement one way or the other, just curious. I'm going through Washington Connections Academy and will be starting with a strictly online curriculum for my oldest, 8 soon to be 9 year old. Hope you all are staying sane and happy. |
